What a lovely hotel which i will most definately be staying in again.Staff are very welcoming, helpful and even went to the shop to buy my sister some decaf tea bags just for her.Better than the 4 star hotels i have stayed in before. Close to picadilly circus,Regent street and Oxford street.

Our initial room (104) is situated on same street as nightclub and found it very noisy. Staff were very obiliging and moved us to 423 for our second night stay. A slightly larger and better room I might add.
We were on buffet breakfast deal but opted to have full English...very nice and only cost an extra £2.00 each per breakfast! Excellent value.
Top Tip
This hotel is situated in great location. This is our second time to stay here. You can walk to a lot of sights i.e. Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Picaddilly Circus and Leicester Square to name a few.

The staff were rude and arrogant and incapable of under standing a simple request asked staff in dinning room not to serve chocolate as we are highly allergic to it only for them to bring us a plate of chocolate cakes then the breakfast staff burn the toast twice how competent is that.

There is a variety of things to do in and around London there is a great little noodle house just across the road from the train station very affordable very tasty lots of food served with a good choice of fresh fruit drinks among other things. The tube takes you almost door to door to most places the Tate museum and the London eye are two of the things that I would recommend
